Gerber LMF II Survival Knife

The award-winning Gerber LMF II Survival Knife was designed for troops stuck behind enemy lines and left to fend for themselves. The 10" LMF II was engineered by ex military operative, Jeff Freeman and we field-tested by military personnel

This knife is designed to be as adaptable as the survivalist who is using it. While the LMF II is designed to cut firewood, build shelters and hunt with, this survival classic can can cut through the skin of a fuselage, sever a seat belt and break through the Plexiglas of a chopper.

Complete separation of the tang and butt cap, mean that the knife absorbs the shock from hammering through objects and prevents electric shocks,

The over-molded handle does a great job of limiting blisters and cleverly placed grooves and lashing holes make it easy for the LMF II to be used as a spear.

The low-profile sheath facilitates movement, limits noise, works for parachuting, and attaches to a belt or Molle vest. The patented, integrated sharpener means you can focus on survival and stop worrying about how to keep your edge sharp in the field.
